Secure Inbound Faxing Service

Sfax Sherpa is our new inbound desktop application. Installing the Sherpa is easy. Simply choose the folder that you’d like the faxes delivered to, choose the file type (PDF or TIF) and how often you would like to retrieve your faxes (ie. every minute, 5 minutes, every hour, etc). Then Sfax Sherpa does the rest.

You’ll get a pop up notification when a new fax arrives and it will be safely and securely delivered to the designated fax folder. Best bit is this new app is included with your Sfax service at no additional cost.

We’re working on more documentation but for now there a User Guide inside the zipped file.
