Do you have any plans cheaper than the Freedom Plan?
No. We think at $24/yr the Freedom Plan represents exceptional value for money. Remember, you get a personal toll-free number (others require you to pay $5-$15/mo for this), proven enterprise-level reliability, 24/7 support and a super-secure faxing service that never uses email to transport your fax (unlike most vendors). Each fax page costs us call charges so $24/yr is the lowest price we can offer!
Why don’t Freedom Plans come with phone support?
We provide 24/7 online support for all including Freedom Plans. But phone support is reserved for Monthly, Annual and Bespoke Plans. We have done the math and can’t offer the Freedom Plan at the incredible price of $24/year – and provide phone support. Worry not. There’s great FAQs, videos and guides plus an awesome support team who’d be delighted to respond to your tickets.

Sure, we are flexible. Use our Sfax Your Plan to outline your needs and we can tailor a plan to suit your needs – be that 5000 pages a year or 25K pages/month. We can always adapt this plan as your needs change.
