“Using Sfax has greatly reduced the time I spend on faxing documents.  Previously I would have to print out all the documents (which could vary between 20 and 100 per day), write the fax numbers on those documents, sort the documents by fax number, then stand at the fax machine for up to three hours.  This would use a ridiculous amount of paper between printing documents and fax confirmation sheets.  All this paper would eventually be shredded. 

Sfax allows me to send a fax in the amount of time it would take me to only print three documents.  It uses no paper, therefore paper and ink costs for the office are reduced substantially.  It's great to be able to do the same work without leaving my desk and complete it in about a fourth of the time.  It allows me to take my focus away from the menial task of faxing and place it on more important matters.  I can not imagine having to go back to using a traditional fax machine after using Sfax.”
